of Users |

Users must be 18 years of age or older.
Users are responsible for their acts, storage of information, and
use of Sky Web facilities |

The
account can only be used by the person who applies for the account.
Users are not allowed to transfer the accounts to and share passwords
with others. Only one modem can be used at a time by a single account. |
| |
Users
must not abuse the facilities of Sky Web Inc. Users should respect
others' rights and must not use Sky Web services to do things in violation
of any United States Federal or New Jersey laws. |

Users
agree to hold Sky Web harmless to any legal claims, including legal
fees. |
| Privacy
of Users |
| |
All
personal information (except user ID and username) provided by customers
will be kept confidential. It will only be disclosed to Sky Web staff
members unless under direct court order. |
| |
No
one, including Sky Web staff members, will be allowed to read or examine
the information contained in files, electronic mails, and newsgroup
postings, of users unless under direct court order or with permission
from users to do so. Files will be removed by the system operators
without effecting the privacy of users. Any unclaimed material will
be destroyed without inspection of the content. |
| Cancellation
of Accounts |

Users
are required to notify Sky Web in writing (E-mail, fax, US postal
services) in order to cancel accounts promptly. |
| |
For
canceled accounts users will be refunded for any whole month left
on the service but forfeit rights to free months received in conjunction
with any special promotion. If a user received any software or a discount
on setup fees in conjunction with a minimum time of service and cancels
the service before that time period is up, he will be held responsible
for paying the costs of those items. |
